Overview:
The Site Manger works hands on with the installation crew through the project lifecycle and field operations. S/he will be responsible for overseeing project execution and ensuring project completion on time and within budget.

Qualifications:
  • 5 yrs. experience working in/on commercial construction projects
  • Experience with rigging is a plus
  • Experience working with power tools
  • Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience and the ability to work in construction design-based software programs is preferred
  • The ability to read drawings and specifications with an eye for details
  • Experience installing structural components strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines on time and within budget
  • The ability to travel up to 75% to 100% of working time. 100% for projects
  • Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
  • The ability to be identify, assess, and overcome jobsite/unforeseen deterrents

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit project required safety documents
  • Responsible for the coordination and installation of equipment.
  • Responsible for scheduling and managing equipment deliveries.
  • Responsible for management of time reporting process.
  • Manage project progression to assure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Responsible for internal and customer project reporting as needed.
  • Act as customer liaison for project progress and help to develop future business opportunities.
  • Support sales efforts as a technical expert in the industry.
  • Act as a leader within the company.
  • Support operations.
  • Technical assistance in the field (hands on)
  • Adheres to and enforces with the on-site crews safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Acts as a safety role model and understands behavioral based safety.
  • Understands the technical and practical aspects of the job and helps to ensure safe work practices are being followed.
  • Understands construction and wireless technology and basic work practices to help drive efficient cost team models that drive customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for performing site audits to assure technical development and to address any on-site concerns.
  • Managing job costing process.
  • Perform preconstruction meetings with sales team and perform job walk assessments with customer prior to beginning projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.
