Inspire Physical Therapy & Wellness is a holistic physical therapy private practice serving Southeastern Michigan. Our mission is to empower clients with the knowledge and skills to trust in their body and in the care they receive. We serve with a level of personalized care aimed to inspire each client's ability to adapt with resiliency and reach goals with less pain and more freedom! Our clinic has achieved a high level of patient satisfaction by providing 1:1 treatment and support throughout the various stages of a patient’s plan of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality and compassionate skilled care
• Diagnosis and treatment of many pelvic health conditions (prenatal and postnatal conditions, diastasis recti abdominis, prolapse, incontinence, post-surgical issues, pelvic floor rehabilitation and pain
• Evaluate new patients and develop plans of care focused on meeting realistic goals and providing education for patient support throughout their journey
• Write timely and accurate documentation including evaluations, re-evaluations, progress notes and discharges
• Maintain continuing education requirements with generous flexibility and support to pursue your own areas of interest

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy
• Valid Physical Therapy License
• Level 1 Herman & Wallace or APTA Pelvic health training
• A desire and drive to serve individuals in our community with compassion and care as they navigate the vulnerabilities of their healing journey
• An interest in creating a collaborative environment between office staff and pelvic health and perinatal wellness specialists
• Motivated and energetic personality

Additional information

• Pay $68,000-$90,000 per year depending on years of experience and qualifications
• Opportunities for advancement
• Currently offering Health Care coverage stipend, with opportunity to soon offer Dental and Health insurance options

• 8 hour shift (including paid lunch)
• Monday thru Friday - no weekends
• Average patient encounters per week 35-40 for full-time, with opportunities for incentive pay for increased patient volume.
