RYNO Strategic Solutions is looking for a talented PPC account manager to work in our fun, fast-paced North Phoenix office.

This position manages a portfolio of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) accounts, which includes, new account creation, daily optimization, landing page generation and content updates, budgeting, monitoring and communicating campaign progress back to management, and is responsible for remaining current on new strategies, techniques, and processes that can improve company SEM campaigns.

We are looking for someone that is self-motivated, positive, analytical, demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills, and can take ownership of campaign performance. This position requires a high level of organization, multitasking, and the ability to work in teams and individually.

On a daily basis, the right candidate will

  • Create spend plans and proposals for potential clients
  • Work with the design and development teams for landing page generation
  • Landing pages edits and updates
  • Campaign optimization
  • Manage monthly PPC budgets
  • Analyze and report recommendations for improvement to account managers and management
  • Develop and implement new campaign strategies
  • Strategize ways to improve campaign performance
  • Consult with SEO account managers to synchronize efforts
  • Coordinate fulfillment of campaign requirements with other respective departments
  • Stay current on the latest SEM trends

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2-4 years of SEM account management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized with strong time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • A competitive nature and passion for Search Engine Marketing
  • A thorough understanding of current SEM techniques with an interest in continuing education and improvement
  • Google Analytics Certified
  • Bing Certified

Required:

  • Google AdWords Certified
  • 1-2 years of SEM account management experience
  • Minimum of five years experience in an office setting
  • Strong grammatical skills
  • A good sense of humor. We like to laugh and have fun!
