Hiring Immediately, Parts Manager.

Yaklin Auto Group is looking for a parts manager to join our team! The Parts Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining departmental employees and all aspects of the Parts department operations; focus on customer retention; and departmental profitability. Must be able to adopt dealership technology quickly and train employees on these tools.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee CDJR parts department
• Monitor purchasing trends
• Manage inventory
• Reorder parts as needed
• Train employees on dealership technology

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in automotive parts management
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to submit to a background

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
