This is a really fun, a little bit tiring, and engaging weekend job!

The Demand Project exists to eradicate human trafficking, online enticement, child abuse sexual material, and the commercial sexual exploitation of children. These children live with our full-time campus staff, and the Weekend Childcare Worker will relieve the full-time staff from Friday-Sunday.

Hours are set times: Friday 4pm to Sunday at 5pm. You can work at least one weekend a month, or up to 4 weekends a month, depending on your availability. The pay is $150 per 24 hours, or $300 per weekend. We are looking to hire as soon as possible. 16 hours of training is required before starting. Must be able to pass a background assessment. Our residential campus is about an hour outside of Fayettville on the Arkansas/Oklahoma border. We do not give out the location for security reasons.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with children preferred.
• Must be organized and flexible.
• Compassionate, logical minded, confident with physical and mental strength.
