KEY* RESPONSIBILITIES*

The Sales Associate is responsible for leasing self-storage units, collecting rent and maintaining the facility. Leasing self-storage units involves keeping the office open during the posted hours and answering the phone. Collecting rent from tenants involves accurately processing payments in the leasing office & over the phone.
Maintaining the storage facility involves keeping the leasing office clean & neat as well as maintaining all vacant self-storage units in rent ready condition that includes sweeping and mopping. This is a fun, sales focused job with a wide variety of office & onsite duties working directly with the public.

HOURS**

– Part Time Position
– Up to 29 hours per week (primarily Saturdays & Sundays)
– Weekend, weekday & holiday availability necessary!
– Competitive hourly rate (pay differential for weekends & holidays) plus monthly bonus commission

QUALIFICATIONS**

– High School diploma or equivalent required
– Minimum age of 21 years’ old
– Must own Reliable Transportation
–Must have a Valid and maintain State Driver’s License
– Background & Driving Record Check, Pre-Employment Drug Screen & Physical Required

THE LOCATION**

The location will be at our Ample Storage facilities in Rocky Mount & Roanoke Rapids, NC.
