If so, we want you to join our dynamic team of Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians at Lark Behavior Group! We are currently seeking candidates for service areas in Glendale, Pasadena, Van Nuys, Granada Hills, and Porter Ranch. As a member of our team, you'll get to work on the cutting edge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy while receiving ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing individualized treatment plans as designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collecting and analyzing data to measure progress and make adjustments to treatment plans
• Communicating effectively with clients, families, and other members of the treatment team
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client progress

Qualifications:

• Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:

• Candidates with a bachelor's degree in a related field start at $22/hour
• Candidates without a bachelor's degree start at $19/hour
• Candidates who are RBT certified will receive an increase in their hourly rate
• We pay for RBT training for all employees
