Aurum Contracting is looking to expand our sales force while offering commissioned based (immediate front end and back end on completion) or flat rate sales compensation with cash bonuses! We have over 90 years combined storm restoration experience! We are currently looking for sales teams (couples or partners) and individuals. Aurum Contracting is looking for honest and loyal sales representatives like you, who are ready to partner up with and service our customers by providing the “Gold Standard.” We pay weekly!!!

Qualifications:
➢ Valid driver’s license & dependable vehicle.
➢ Pass a background check.
➢ Cell phone/Ipad able to take pictures and operate with applications (Smartphone).
➢ Outgoing and friendly personality.
➢ Multi-tasking needed daily.
➢ Must be able to work independently within a program.
➢ Must be a team player.
➢ Willing to work on Saturdays.
➢ Willing to travel within a 100 mile radius.
➢ Self-motivated / money driven....... Very $ driven!
➢ Eager to succeed!

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate and maintain leads in the industries most used CRM.
• Conduct rooftop inspections and produce assessment for property owner.
• Convey assessment findings to property owner with photographic evidence.
• Assist and advocate for the property owner with insurance company and claims.
• Meet with insurance adjusters and collectively prepare a repair estimate.
• Fill out (with office assistance) and review paperwork with property owner.
• Know the products you are selling (we will teach you).
• Build and turn in job packets to maximize profits and your compensation.
• Weekly meetings with Sales Management team.
