Outpatient Program Manager
The Drug Abuse Alternatives Center (Center Point DAAC) is seeking a Program Manager to lead the outpatient treatment program in Santa Rosa.
The Drug Abuse Alternatives Center is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families. The agency mission is Turning Lives Around by Providing Healthy Alternatives to Alcohol and other Drug Use. We have provided thousands of people the tools and guidance to live a healthy and sober life.
The Drug Abuse Alternatives Center is the lead provider of Substance Abuse services in Sonoma County and an outpatient facility serving over 100 patients is a vital part of our continuum of care for behavioral health clients with severity of substance abuse issues.
Minimal qualifications: include Substance Abuse Counseling Certification from a State of California Accredited Institution plus demonstrated experience supervising staff. A four-year degree in a relevant field is also desirable or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- Substance Abuse Certification from a State of California Accredited Institution; RAS, CAS, CAADE, CADTP, CCAPP etc. (Required).
- Evidence-based treatment models and modalities.
- Facilitating, training and supervising cognitive behavioral therapy and counseling methods, motivational. interviewing, stages of change theory, behavioral interventions with Criminal Justice populations, homeless individuals, and other critical and at-risk populations.
- Conducting, training and supervising screenings and assessments; individual and group counseling sessions; developing treatment plans; creating and maintaining client charts in compliance with regulatory agencies.
- Conducting Quality Assurance and Utilization Reviews of program services.
- Data collection, statistical analysis, and narrative report writing.
Highly desirable:
- Drug Medi-Cal compliance.
- DHCS licensing and certification compliance.
