What you'll do:
You'll join a group of talented professionals and practice in a modern, dynamic, state-of-the-art clinic, providing comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages and visual and medical conditions. You'll perform patient examinations, recommend vision-enhancing solutions, and promote good eye health through patient education. On average, 15 to 30 patients are cared for daily, Monday through Friday, no weekends. You'll have access to advanced diagnostic technology and a support team enabling you to focus on patient-centered care.
Who you are:
You're a California-licensed Optometrist and a committed team player interested in building a career at a well-established private practice. You also have excellent clinical skills and deliver top-notch service through all patient interactions. Job Specifications
Typically has the following skills or abilities:
Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D. including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure
New Grads are encouraged to apply
1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills
Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties
Working Conditions
The working environment is generally favorable, lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
