Responsibilities:
Operations Coordinator

The goal of the Operations Coordinator role is to perform data entry, data validation, and auditing of the systems used in the Delivery Practices. This role also works with all employees across the company to maintain accurate data within the systems for project, practice, team, and financial reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ownership of data accuracy in operational tools (e.g., ServiceNow/Project backlog/etc.)
- Enter all new SOW and PCR contracts to the resourcing backlog and open role matrix
- Provide financial classification allocations to the finance team for every new SOW and PCR
- Ensure projects are onboarded in ServiceNow in a timely manner
- Ensure onboarded projects are properly configured
- Maintain resource project assignments for time entry and booking allocations in ServiceNow
- Review and audit weekly timesheet entry for all billable resources
- Liaison to internal teams for operational data
- Work with delivery team to ensure accurate end of period processing including project progress and percent complete
- Responsible for data auditing in operational tools across the company
- Sales opportunity stage and bookings
- ServiceNow projects, budgets, stage, % complete, grade, classification, invoicing, revenue projections
- Participate in all operational efficiency improvements
- Ensuring adherence to standards and policies
- Documentation of policies and tip sheets
- Maintenance of templates and process documentation
Education
- Associate degree or higher in business management or related field
- In lieu of an associate degree, the ratio is 1:1 - meaning one year of college equals one year of work experience and vice versa
Experience
- 3+ years of administrative or operations coordination experience
