Job description

Support, Inc. needs dependable one-on-one workers to assist within the school setting to help students toward success during the 2022-2023 Gaston County school year. The hours will be typical school hours Monday through Friday (We do follow the Gaston County School calendar for all breaks). Most of our workers work with one client at one school each day ; however, if you need more flexibility, there is the opportunity to work as a substitute worker and be used to sub as needed. Staff may be asked to assist with behaviors, assist students with physical disabilities, assist students with intellectual disabilities, keep student on task, etc. Job responsibilities will vary depending on the needs of the student. Range of pay starts between $12.50 and $13.00 per hour, determined by experience and education. This position is for the 2022 - 2023 school year.
