We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our retirement community in
Bartlett, IL!
As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing quality care to our senior residents and promoting their overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Take and record vital signs and assist with mobility and daily activities.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Document care delivered and maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records.
Requirements:
- Current CNA certification.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
