Nurse Practitioner - Hematology/Oncology
Bay Area Cancer Center
Overview of Job Duties...
  • Follow-up care to hematology/oncology patients, including: evaluation of cancer status, coordination of care, management of acute therapy side effects, review labs and imaging, order appropriate work-ups, symptom management and prescribe appropriate medications.
  • Work in collaboration with the medical oncologists to provide safe, effective care.
  • 12-14 patients per day; primarily outpatient position, with some inpatient rounding.

Requirements...
  • Oregon Nurse Practitioner Licensure
  • Unrestricted DEA
  • Two-Years of Hematology/Oncology Experience Preferred
