Full Job Description

We are looking for professional real estate agents to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Real estate agent responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set with either a listing agent or buyer’s agent
• Update client information in the CRM to make sure all real estate team members have current information
• Turn previous clients into repeat real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email
• Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into new clients

• Meet clients at properties and show homes for sale and rent
• Attend weekly training sessions
• Text, email, and call clients to confirm appointments

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Applicants must have a real estate license

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Self-determined schedule
• Weekend availability
