Responsibilities:- Check all loan package documents for complete accuracy and submit any discrepancies to the loan officer/ loan originator
- Coordinate and prepare documentation necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork
- Complete necessary data entry in loan operating system software to prepare loan files for review by loan officer/loan originator.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills and willing to go above and beyond for customers and team
- Preferably 2-3 years of administrative support in a professional office or mortgage environment
- Eager to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No mortgage experience needed
