Maleko Personnel is urgently hiring Mig Welders for one of our clients located in Fresno CA. You should be able to observe health and safety regulations at all times. This Position is a all year around job temp to hire position which means all candidates will start off as temps for 90 business days and eventually will be directly hired through the company. Applicants must be able to pass an MIG weld test prior to starting work. A MIG welder will complete a variety of tasks in pursuit of their overall goal of creating functional metal projects that meet a client’s specifications. Mig Welder Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up welding equipment
• Weld steel and aluminum according to blueprints
• Clamp, grind, tack-weld, or bolt components into position before welding
• Inspect final products for quality standards
• Troubleshoot issues with welding equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• interpreting blueprints
• selecting appropriate tools and metals
• measuring and assembling metal pieces
• using cutting tools
• determining gas ratios
• drilling holes
• and monitoring inventory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Fresno, CA 93710: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Welding: 1 year (Preferred)
