We are seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join our team of professionals. The successful candidate will provide counseling and therapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for assessing the needs of clients, developing treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work with diverse populations, and have a strong understanding of mental health issues.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy to clients.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for clients.
• Conduct assessments of clients' mental health needs.
• Provide crisis intervention services when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans.
• Provide referrals to other mental health professionals when necessary.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best care for clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour
