MAILBOX MAINTENANCE FIELD TECH

Company:

Our company has been in business for 15 years with over 25 years in the industry. Our techs work for an average of 10 years and based on their loyalty, we get high ratings. We are members of the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona and all of the Property Management Organizations as well as Realtors in Maricopa and Pinal Counties. Express gets referrals from the United States Postal Service on a regular basis. Express consults and services Builders, HOAs, Home Owners and Tenants to repair and maintain their mailboxes on the street.

Responsibilities:

· Techs will perform Mailbox Repairs, Maintenance and Service of mailboxes including Mailbox Lock Changes.

· Occasional Saturday work to tear down and install mailboxes.

· Will drive West Valley, North Phoenix, and Scottsdale 2 times per week and Tempe and Gilbert 1 day per week.

· Work emailed with pick up twice a week of work logs and turn in.

· Techs work independently and occasionally interact with homeowners, clients, postal employees and builders

Requirements:

· Techs must have a clean appearance and be well groomed.

· Must be customer service oriented, friendly, detail minded, mechanically inclined and willing to take orders called to them during the day and have a MacGyver nature.

· Techs must be team oriented and convey good communication to the office and customers.

· Must be able to pass a security clearance with no felony convictions and pass a drug screen.

· Must be able to complete work in a timely fashion, legible handwriting and good reporting skills.

· Express Mailbox will train an individual with a basic mechanical ability as long as the above mentions points are in place

Salary: $17.00 to $22.00 /hour
