Role Overview
The Supply Chain team is seeking a full-time Material Control Account Manager (CAM).
In this role, you will support the growing Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) line of business where you will be responsible for the Earned Value (EV) Management of F-16 Production Material Control Accounts.
With your project management, analytical skills, and familiarity with US Government Contracting requirements, you will plan, schedule, budget, assess the progress of work performance, and execute risk mitigation activities to ensure program objectives are achieved.
This role will support a standard monthly business rhythm as well as support daily operational needs working closely within Supply Chain and with other functional organizations (Program Management, Finance, Contracts).
In this role, you will:
- Develop and monitor performance to Control Account baselines and negotiation targets
- Analyze and report variances (VARs) and proactively implement corrective action plans that address the root cause(s) of any issues
- Maintain accurate and credible Estimates at Complete (EACs) for assigned Control Accounts
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS), and Earned Value (EV) Management requirements
- Integrate within Supply Chain and with other departments to achieve customer objectives
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
- Experience with one of the following: Supply Chain / Subcontract Management, Program Management, Project Management, Finance, Accounting, or Earned Value Management
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience in Control Account Management (CAM) or Earned Value (EV) Management principles, reporting, requirements, tools, and tempos with CAM certification ideal
- Experience with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics products and Lines of Business (LOBs) particularly the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) and F-16
- Experience with Government Contracting and
- Proficient in communication at all levels of the organization (individual contributor through executives), and/or data analysis and tools
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
