WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Target Salary Range ($20-$28.50 per hour)

We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician who will be responsible for supporting and performing routine procedures associated with the manufacturing process. Champion safety, process improvement and compliance. This role is responsible for the manufacture of products in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), regulatory entities, and industry best practices in support of the organization’s goals and objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Participate in cGMP manufacturing processes.
• Perform cleanroom maintenance, identify discrepancies, and complete associated documents.
• Clean and sanitize reusable and other materials.
• Maintain cGMP-controlled environments in clean rooms.
• Stage materials and equipment prior to manufacturing activities.
• Prepare buffer for GMP manufacturing use or PD lab use.
• Perform paperwork related to cGMP buffer preparation.
• Visual inspection, sampling, labeling, and organization of buffer.
• Keep a good track of material inventory.
• Identify discrepancies during manufacturing activities and notify appropriate personnel.
• Ability to follow SOPs and review batch records.
• Perform good documentation practices that meet cGMP guidelines.
• Provide support to cross-functional teams to meet production or timeline demands.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent required, college coursework in science preferred; and 1 year work experience; or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• Experience with both paper and electronic documentation systems.
• Basic email, Word, Excel, and web-based programs.
• Knowledge of cGMP preferred.
• Experience in large-scale solution preparation is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational skills to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work on a team and independently.
