We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and developing their skills in the field of sales management. This position will involve working closely with senior management to gain an understanding of the company’s operations, processes and procedures. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong sale metrics, customer service, problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Enthusiastically building and maintaining a long term relationship with our customers, ensuring high level customer service
• Manage, develop and grow personal and team sales metrics
• Help build strong store team
• Maintain the appearance, cleanliness and presentation of the store
• Assist in Inventory maintenance
• Assist pop-up shops, outside festivals and other venues
• Learn to conduct outside education seminars per company guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong Sales experience is a must
• High level Customer Service experience a HUGE plus
• Quick learner able to retain large amounts of detailed information
• Shift/ Team leader experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
