Maintenance Technician
Job description
Function: Repair and upkeep on buildings, bakery, and restaurant equipment.
Work Performed:
1. Weekly, monthly, and quarterly checks of buildings and equipment.
2. Air conditioning filter replacement.
3. Monthly grease and oil runs.
4. The repairing and upkeeping on building, bakery, and restaurant equipment includes electrical, plumbing, and the repairing of bakery and kitchen equipment.
5. Maintains working knowledge of electrical, gas, and water lines.
6. Familiar with emergency procedures.
7. OPERA Log.
8. Hotel guest room repairs.
9. Waterpark repairs.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk and stand continually. Ability to lift minimum 30 lbs.
Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
