Maintenance Position - Monday-Friday Day Shift Hours

This position will assist with General Services Department, coordinating and/or performing basic repairs for KBC centers and helping with building upkeep. Works under the supervision of the Facilities and Fleet Manager.
Hours: Monday - Friday, full-time, some monthly on-call required.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma/equivalent, formal training, or certification in applicable areas is a plus.
- Kentucky driver's license and safe driving record required.
- Must have the ability to lift 50 or more pounds consistently, and to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to complete tasks such as painting, cleaning, minor repairs, and meet internal customer needs.
- Demonstrates ability for learning new skills to perform job. These areas include, plumbing, electrical, auto maintenance, and heating/cooling.
- Navigate necessary computer programs and applications.
- Good verbal, written, and problem-solving skills.
- Proof of education/certifications required during the interview process.
