Holiday Acres Resort in Rhinelander, WI is looking for one maintenance assistant. We are located on 4060 South Shore Drive.

Our ideal candidate loves the outdoors and doing yard work, is attentive, motivated, and engaged.

Full Time Position - Wage based on experience

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

*Performing preventative maintenance on rooms, public areas, and tools and equipment. *Troubleshooting and performing repairs on equipment and items commonly found on the property. *Inspecting and repairing grout and caulking *Inspecting heating and cooling units and preventative maintenance on such units. *Performing minor plumbing tasks *Installing and repairs/replaces sheet rock and other wall covering, basic electrical fixtures, light switches and bulbs. *Installation of piers, and performing basic landscaping as needed.
