Machine Operator

Location: Green Bay, WI

Type: Full Time or Part Time

Shift: Full Time: Thursday - Saturday 4am - 4pm or Part Time: Minimum 6 hour shifts (4am - 10am, 10am - 4pm, 4pm - 10pm, 10pm - 4am) ranging in 18-30 hours/week

Wage: $18+ depending on shift and skill (work 36 hours/paid 40 hours for weekend shift)

Full Time Opportunities:

• 3 days - 12 hour shifts (4am - 4pm)
• Thursday - Saturday
• Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours (weekend shifts only)
• NO swing or rotating shifts, Sundays off
• Opportunity for overtime
• Benefits effective 1st of month following hire date
• PTO offered first year

Part Time Opportunities

• Set schedule between 18 and 30 hours a week (6 hour shifts)
• 4:00 or 10:00 start time

Daily Responsibilities Include:

· Contributing to WCI’s culture of accountability, reliability and continual growth, where people are our greatest asset.

· Monitoring machine operation and packaging finished product accurately and timely

· Performing quality checks and entering results on a computer

· Providing clear communication with supervisors and team members

· Maintaining a clean workspace

Requirements:

· High School education or equivalent

· Basic computer knowledge

· General safety knowledge

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively

· Standing for prolonged periods
