JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW

Fueguia 1833 is currently seeking a highly energetic and responsible Full-Time Sales Associate for our flagship boutique at 21 Crosby Street. The ideal candidate will support the store supervisor with clienteling, welcome customers when they enter the store and assist customers with superior product knowledge.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive sales by providing exceptional customer service experience. by greeting, listening and customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products
• Greet guests with outstanding hospitality
• Interact with and guide our customers through the Fueguia experience
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the product and ethos of Fueguia 1833
• Assist the store supervisor in an effective and efficient manner

• General upkeep of the store
• Meet group sales goals

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience of one-on-one customer service and/or sales environments in luxury goods

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Team-player mentality
• Excellent clienteling technique and customer outreach

• Outstanding communication skills, both verbally and written, with attention to detail
• Impeccable personal presentation, good manners, and diplomacy, even when under stress
• Dependable, punctual, flexible. Ability to work store schedule, as needed, including evenings and weekends
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize
• Ability to adapt to changing needs of the Company as necessary.
• Second languages are a distinct advantage
