Luxury Concierge + Recreation Center Professional (PART-TIME)

We create a luxury environment through exceeding expectations in all hospitality services at each location we serve! This beautiful property is located in the heart of Costa Mesa (across from South Coast Plaza) in a gorgeous building. We are looking for someone that thrives in a social environment to ensure they provide excellent service to the building and all residents. Open shifts are Saturday + Monday noon-8PM. The basic job requires you to approach all encounters with residents, guests, and clients in a gracious, attentive, and service-oriented manner.
The job changes every day depending on what residents and our client needs, but here’s a bit of what you’ll be responsible for:
- Engaging, professional and welcoming personality.
- Greet all persons entering the building with a friendly service attitude and tone
- Communicate directly with residents and management in person, on email and by telephone in a friendly manner, with a tone of service.
- Learn the names of residents, managers and colleagues and always greet by name.
- Be creative and informative when serving residents with their needs
- Provide information on facilities and services, events and attractions, tours, travel routes and transportation schedules
- Be extremely detailed and informative
- Manage parcel locker room
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Keep entire facility clean and orderly, including the gym, pools and spas.
- Assist management with delivery of messages to residents.
- Return emails from residents
- Calm, friendly, and personable
- Organize, log, and track communication with vendors, and local businesses
- Track all residents requests with proper attention and follow up; recording all details in the resident daily log
- Constantly organize workload and adapt to changes with management company and identify ways in which we can improve in overall service
- Strategize ways to streamline service requests based upon property style and meet the needs of the entire community
- Keep abreast of all property happenings and communicate with management and residents accordingly
- Assist Residents with maintenance requests by showing them how to complete forms and where to submit them
- Knowledge of all aspects of the property (where everything is located and how to direct residents)
- Cleanliness of facility, lobby, and desk.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
