We are looking for a Lot Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will get experience in the automotive industry and be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the lot and service bays. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is able to work independently and efficiently. The Lot Porter will also be responsible for keeping the lot organized and ensuring that all vehicles are in their designated spaces.

Car Porter Responsibilities:

• Inspect vehicles for damage and report any issues to the manager.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Perform basic maintenance on shop equipment and tools.
• Moving cars between the shop drop off area, workshop, and the pick-up point.
• Driving, parking and handling all cars responsibly to ensure damage prevention.
• Maintaining, cleaning, protecting and storing shops property, tools and equipment at all times.
• Helping load and un-load tow trucks.
• Accounting for all cars on the lot.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the interiors and exteriors of cars on the lot.
• Keeping the shop, office and bathrooms clean and tidy at all times.
• Driving off-site to run errands or test drive cars for service advisors when required.
• Performing basic maintenance tasks, such as changing batteries and filling up on gas, oil, and other fluids.
• Clean and maintain the lot and showroom

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,000.00 - $34,000.00 per year
