ASI is seeking a Logistics Analyst to work in Patuxent River, MD supporting the V-22 Joint Program Office PMA-275 Readiness Cell.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate competency in qualitative and analytic skills and be familiar with the interfaces, techniques, processes, data, and methods needed
  • Maintain a working understanding of naval aviation systems support processes, business systems, and operations
  • Support the daily execution and application of the data analysis processes, delivery of actionable reports and artifacts developed utilizing the data extracted from various data repositories
  • Identify system degraded performers for aircraft systems and Weapon Replaceable Assembly (WRA) reliability and risk mitigation
  • Track readiness and build readiness charts and dashboards
  • Coordinate and schedule with system owners and stakeholders to review their systems’ reported performance and recommended actions to identify and reduce deficiencies that are negatively impacting mission readiness, reliability, and maintainability
  • Perform trending and analysis of available data sets to identify variation drivers

Required Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of operational experience (Fleet experience) in the full spectrum of industrial and logistics maintenance planning and sustainment
    • At least 4 years of integrated logistics support across the spectrum of ILS elements
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
    • Additional four years of acquisition or operational logistics management experience may be substituted for degree
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a diverse team of government and contractor personnel
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products to include Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Intermediate Level Maintenance Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expert-level use of Microsoft 365 including Word, Access, Excel (VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Working knowledge/experience of Optimized Organizational Maintenance Activity (OOMA) / Naval Aviation Logistics Command Maintenance Information System (NALCOMIS), Intermediate level NALCOMIS, JDRS, NATEC, DECKPLATE, AMSRR, FED Mall, One Touch, Tableau, VECTOR IT Systems
  • Ability to read, write, and review technical documents, reports, and drawings
  • Ability to assess established business processes, identify/document business process problems, and recommend business process improvement initiatives
  • Strong team building skills and ability to develop and maintain a highly integrated network of team members

Work Authorization/Security Clearance:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Secret Clearance
