Bluegrass Family Medicine & Pediatrics is seeking a Licensed Counselor/Clinical Social worker for Lancaster, KY clinic location. The Counselor's responsibilities include, but are not limited, the following: Provide comfort care and counseling to patients. Provide patient education, Act as a clinic resource and assure compliance with HIPPA regulations. Successful candidates are candidates who have excellent verbal and written communication skills, possess an ability to use independent judgement, have the ability to assist patients in the change process while developing therapeutic relationships with patients, and have the ability to compassionately work with individuals from all backgrounds in a nondiscriminatory manner.

Need a highly motivated LCSW with interest in counseling for Addiction, depression, anxiety, ADHD, obesity.

Provides clinical services including psychosocial assessment, individual, family, and group therapies that meet the established standards of care and standards of practice. Develops patient treatment plans with patient/family & other medical providers participation and reassess treatment plans appropriately. Independently completes assessment & plan.

Required Education, Licensure, Certification: Master's Degree in social work & licensure as clinical social worker. Bachelor's in a human services field (psychology, sociology, social work, family studies, human services, counseling)

REQUIRED: Kentucky- Licensure or certification in medical health or social services field including but not limited to CSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPCA.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
