Primary Functions: Performs lending services on special projects for the Loan Departments
Primary Activities
- Imaging/Scanning in paper loan files to be stored electronically
- May work on other lending related projects when needed\
Staff Activities
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality of customer transactions and account information.
- Maintain knowledge of services in area of responsibility.
- Maintain required level of quality and quantity of work.
- Observe security procedures.
- Work within procedural limits of position.
- Promote Banks image and growth.
- Any other duties or projects assigned by supervisor.
Job Qualifications
- College degree preferred, High school diploma or equivalent required
- Loan Experience preferred
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills. Maintain computer knowledge & ability (windows, word, excel spreadsheets)
Physical & Environmental Factors
- Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time.
- Work is normally performed in an office/basement environment.
- May operate office equipment necessary to perform job function
- Must be able to lift and carry loan files.
