Nova Law Firm is a small business in Teaneck, NJ. We are customer-centric.

We are looking for a Legal Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing legal documents, conducting research, managing client files, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in gaining experience in the legal field.

Responsibilities:

• Draft legal documents such as contracts.
• Conduct research on legal issues.
• Organize and maintain case files.
• Schedule meetings and appointments.
• Assist with trial preparation.
• Communicate with clients and other professionals in the legal field.
• Maintain client confidentiality.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in borh Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
