Responsibilities:

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure Newport Academy standards and protocols are being met, providing onsite leadership in the evenings, and managing Care Coordinators in their daily tasks on PM shift. This would include providing support and coaching for staff, delegation, and ensuring tasks are completed.

Essential Duties:

Assist with ensuring that tasks delegated by the Residential Supervisor are completed. Direct CCs as needed.
Facilitate evening admissions and discharges.
Ensure that house standards are maintained.
Coach on-duty Care Coordinators
Provide on-going feedback to CCs and Residential Supervisors.
Act as point of contact for all emergent situations. Coordinate appropriate communications.
Audit charts on a nightly basis.
Complete nightly report and share with Residential Supervisor and Program Manager.

Qualifications:

CC Level II or CC Level III preferred.
High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field preferred.

The incumbent must be able to see and hear and have the mobility to access the house/campus which may include long distances or uneven terrain. The employee must be constantly alert for client safety.

Salary Range for this position is $18.00/hr – $23.22/hr
