Cooks, Prep Cooks Food Packers, Deli attendants, and Bakers

Looking for staff in a busy kitchen who are friendly, hard-working, reliable, and are able to handle various duties and responsibilities.

We are looking for someone who has strong passion and interest in high quality food and beverage operations. Ability to follow instructions. Able to maintain a positive working relationship with other and able to respond positively with constructive feedback.

Prepares food in accordance with Hawaii Department Of Health guidelines and regulations to ensure high-quality food service.

Follows basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, and tasting.

Prepares foods by operating a variety of kitchen equipment to measure and mix ingredients, washing, peeling, cutting and shredding fruits and vegetables, and trimming poultry or fish for culinary use.

Produces small to large batch goods. Intermediate to advanced knife skills required. Able to read and follow a recipe unsupervised

Must be able to perform customer service and other kitchen basic skills including dish washing, cleaning, serving food, taking orders, and answering phone calls etc.

Able to perform the following duties regularly and up to company standards.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area and Follow proper sanitation guidelines

Prepare, pack, label, price and display Deli products. Refill and maintain the quantity and quality of products in showcases.

We are looking for Prep cooks Ability to perform routine kitchen tasks such as setting up workstations and ingredients, so that food can be prepared according to recipes Ability to learn, diligent, and willing to improve on the job. Ability to follow instructions as well as all health and safety rules in the kitchen is a must.
