Charlie Hustle in Kansas City, MO is looking for one key holder to join our 22 person, strong team. We are located on the Country Club Plaza at 419 W 47th St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working.

We set out on a mission to bring back your favorite t-shirt from the past, and incorporate it back into your current wardrobe. Inspired by the classic designs in sports and popular culture, we use the t-shirt as a canvas in an effort to express our love and passion for vintage clothing. Our influences take us back to our youthful innocence and those childhood moments we all wish to relive. From the fabric and garment to the design and print, we are focused on every detail in an effort to give you that look we like to call, Vintage Made Fresh!

Based out of Kansas City, the Charlie Hustle brand represents the civic pride of the Midwest. That's also what we put into every product we make, right here in the USA.

Our store offers a comfortable shopping experience, with staff dedicated to helping customers find the perfect new item to represent their favorite team, hometown or local BBQ. We want to connect with each customer and offer enthusiasm from entry to exit.

The key holder should be fashion-forward, with a passion for incorporating tee’s into a trendy look all while performing basic operational and transactional functions. This is a PART TIME position.

Responsibilities include assisting the management team in:

*Delegating tasks to team and providing follow-up *Ensuring product quality, maintenance, and security standards are met *Sales: Ability to generate sales, add-on and develop relationships with customers *Be able to speak to the history, core values, and mission of Charlie Hustle *Store Operations and Organization: Ability to organize and lift merchandise, prioritize assignments and - meet deadlines *Assist in sales at both the retail location (located on the Plaza) and the warehouse hub (located in the Crossroads) *Communication: Communicates effectively with Customers, Members of Management, Store Associates and HQ *Flexibility: Flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of the business (part-time maximum 28 hours per week) *Assists in the completion of daily projects while keeping the focus on the customer experience *Contributes to the team by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others *Provide the best damn customer service on the Plaza *Evoke happiness for our customers

Qualifications

*Must be customer focused, high energy, and have an outgoing personality *Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers *Available to work three or more weekends a month *An understanding of Kansas Cities culture, history, and sports teams is a plus but not required *Retail and management experience a plus. *Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture *Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused *Ability to lift 30lbs *Creatively show fashion-forward personal style with a t-shirts focus *20-30 hours of availability per week.

Position starts at $14 an hour

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.00/hour.
