Raytheon’s Intelligence and Space Business is seeking a Finance Program Controls Analyst for the MMS portfolio. Interested candidates will gain experience in program cost controls and earned value management. This role is responsible for tracking, analyzing and budgeting costs within the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) framework. This role will initially support this finance program and during this time a security clearance will not be required. It is a requirement, however, that an uncleared person hired into this role must submit clearance paperwork as soon as practical following being hired into the position. Support to this program will continue while the candidate's security clearance is being processed and upon receiving the security clearance the candidate will be assigned to another program within the MMS portfolio.

Responsibilities may include the following assignments:

• Data extraction and reconciliation
• Labor and cost transfer submittals
• Support Control Account Managers (CAM) in preparing and processing Baseline Change Requests (BCR)
• Creation and maintenance of Work Authorization Documents; creation and maintenance of charge numbers
• Maintain the EVMS cost engine, which may reside in MPM and/or SAP
• Development of time-phased, integrated budgets and schedules
• Assist in monitoring costs and personnel; ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct end objective
• Generate program financial artifacts such as Earned Value reports, graphs, and analysis, as required
• Provide Program Management and Control account Managers with internal reports on cost and schedule performance
• Perform ad-hoc analysis, data integrity checks, and validations related to program financials

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of Finance/Data Analysis experience
• Excel proficiency (to include Lookup/Index/Sum functions and pivot tables)
• Ability to manage priorities in order to meet deadlines
• Possess good oral and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and work quality
• Knowledge of concepts and techniques related to program controls
• US Citizenship and eligible for a SSBI security clearance

Desired Skills:

• Experience with MPM and/or APEX EV; knowledgeable in working with SAP reporting
• Experience or exposure to performing cost control and analysis functions in a U.S. Government, multi-CLIN contracting environment
• Candidates with a current SSBI clearance are preferred; however, the clearance is not required on Day 1

Education:

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.

The preferred location for this position is Aurora, CO. Qualified candidates from Richardson TX, Sterling VA, or State College PA will be considered.

In compliance with CO Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $62,000.00 to $124,000.00; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.”
