Position Summary:

Work with pattern-recognition software for electronic medical devices.

Essential Functions:

• Developing new and existing user-facing features using Blazor
• Review legacy code, and fix/enhance functionality
• Enhance existing products for Medicomp according to schedule
• Groom product requirements in detailed tasks/sub-tasks and deliver incremental functionality using Agile development process defined by Medicomp
• Become knowledgeable with the Medicomp Quality System Manual
• Conduct activities in accordance with the FDA Design Controls is desirable.
• Interface with quality assurance for product quality reports, etc
• Interface with clinical staff during clinical testing, etc
• Interface with Technical Services and Field Service to determine reasons for failures, etc
• Interface with vendors to obtain technical information so that we can choose the products that will be best suited for our devices
• Comply with FDA guidelines, standards and business defined documentation process to provide quality deliverable.
• Familiarity and experience in working in Kanban or SCRUM Agile methodologies.
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• 2 + year(s) of experience developing web applications using the following:
• C# / ASP.NET with a minimum of .NET 4.0
• ASP.NET Web API, RESTful, SOAP/XML, OData
• One or more front end frameworks like .Net Core, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Angular, React, Emjay, WPF, etc.
• Entity Framework
• Design patterns like MVVM, MVC
• JavaScript, JQuery, and Knockout JS, Vue JS
• Bootstrap frameworks
• CSS3/HTML5
• Responsive web design
• 2+ years of experience with SQL Server
• Knowledge of FDA Design Controls a plus.
• Knowledge of architecting a standardized front end solution a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
