S³ Inc. has an immediate opening for a Jr. Data Analyst to support projects on Redstone Arsenal, AL.

Description:

The Data Management Junior Analyst is responsible for support for managing the Data Management System in the Strategic and Operational Rockets and Missiles (STORM) Project Office on RSA.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing of all submitted contractor technical data for proper format, topic relevance, completeness/thoroughness and analysis to ensure proper data rights markings.
• Distributing the contractor data to the appropriate government and contractor personnel.
• Supporting the consolidation and preparing Contract Data Requirements Lists and Document Summary List (DSL) packages for Contract Requirements Packages (CRP) to be submitted through government contracting channels.
• Forecasting and tracking data deliveries for compliance.
• Supporting, administering, and maintaining the document repository containing deliverables.
• Supporting the management of multiple SharePoint sites and to SharePoint user accounts.
• Assisting in the preparation of weekly metric reports for PMO leadership regarding data submissions, those in-work, and those needing signature.
• Assisting the review of Assertions List from prime and subcontractors to determine compliance with government regulations and to support the challenge procedures.
• Supporting the activities involving various government databases in support of STORM data management activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and three years relevant technical experience.
• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, must have an additional four years of relevant experience for a total of seven years.
• Two or more years of experience dealing with data rights markings and assessments.
• Two or more years of experience with data repositories for industry or government operations.
• Two or more years of experience with the development of metric reports to management.
• Two or more years of experience with the assessment of compliance against requirements involving industry or government functions/programs.
• DoD clearance or the ability to obtain an interim Secret Clearance in a reasonable time frame.
