We are an ISO 9001 and 13485 certified precision manufacturing company in the Silicon Valley providing support to Medical, Semiconductor, Automotive, Oil & Gas and Military Defense industries.

We are looking for a Janitor, or custodian, to take care of our building and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties.

The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, office cleaning etc.)

· Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, including outdoor break areas

· Carry out heavy cleansing tasks

· Stock and maintain supply rooms

· Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

· Follow all health and safety regulations

· Performs other job-related duties, special projects as assigned or required.

Skills/Experience:

· 2+ years janitorial experience

· Capacity to take direction

· Strong attention to detail

· Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds as necessary

· Ability to work well under minimal supervision

· Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

· Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets

· Integrity and ability to work independently

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent
