Job description

The position of janitor and building maintenance consists of keeping all offices and bathrooms clean and in orderly condition and perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, washing walls, glass and removing trash. It also consists of tending to lawn care, minor mechanical and routine maintenance such as electrical, HVAC and plumbing.

TASK:

· Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping scrubbing and or vacuuming. (Every other day)

· Clean windows, glass partitions and mirrors.

· Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.

· Clean all cleaning supplies after use.

· Take out trash as need in all offices. (check daily)

· Twice a month clean all baseboards and window seals.

· Driver bathroom needs to be clean every morning.

· All bathrooms every other day sink, countertops, toilet, walls, and floors.

· Routine maintenance on electrical, HVAC and plumbing. Such as cleaning lines, fixing handles, filters ect…

· Maintain all lawn care. Cut grass, edge, blow off all debris, weed eat, trim bushes, and pick up all trash.

· Will need to keep track of all supplies needed and let management know when you get low.

· Other misc jobs. Changing light bulbs, moving furniture and take boxes to correct department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
