Responsibilities:

1. Help desk support - review and prioritize helpdesk requests

2. Hardware support - diagnose and troubleshoot hardware related issues

3. Software support - install and configure software

4. Basic network support - run and terminate cable and troubleshoot basic network issues

5. IT project work - various IT projects

6. Video surveillance work - research incidents and export video for authorities

7. System setups - setup new systems and deploy to end users

Skills:

1. Troubleshooting skills related to hardware, software and network issues

2. Experience in system setup and support

3. Analytical skills

4. Self-starter/motivator

5. Background in IT

6. Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft

Job Particulars

1. 40 hours

2. Occasional Saturday’s may be required 8am-5pm

3. Holiday’s may be required

4. Reports to IT Director
