Description
We seek an IT Account Manager to join our team at CBE Office Solutions (CBE).
You will be responsible for managing relationships with current IT Managed Services (MSP) and new clients, advising and consulting with clients on best practices, assisting in service delivery by communicating expectations, and overall, being our client's advocate within our company. The starting pay range is from $60,000 to $80,000.
Responsibilities:
- Work with active customers to develop a deep understanding of their needs and translate those needs into product requirements that satisfy their demands.
- Cross-selling and up-selling services and solutions to existing accounts.
- Qualify new sales opportunities for current customers.
- Work with IT sales and IT engineers to develop proposals and quotes.
- Create proposals, contracts, lease agreements and service level agreements.
- Achieve and maintain a positive rapport with prospects and work to give them the best possible service and Conduct technology business reviews.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Experience with IT sales and managing accounts
- Ability to develop genuine, trustworthy relationship with clients and their key players.
- Proven track record to ensure client satisfaction through regular in-person meetings, active follow-up, and negotiation when needed.
- Enjoys working with business owners that expect exceptional service. Knows how to manage expectations of those owners.
- High energy and drive, with top-notch negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal and customer-care.
- Must be 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
- Exceptional written & verbal communication skills.
Educational/Vocational Experience Recommendations:
- Experience working for a Managed Services Provider or IT Consulting Firm
- 3-5 year of IT sales and customer relations experience
