The IT Support Associate is a newly created role that supports the IT Director in providing responses to service requests from residents and employees and by ensuring that IT needs within the organization are met with a high level of quality, compliance, and risk mitigation.

Piper Shores is located along Scarborough’s picturesque coastline, and we are Maine’s only Continuing Care Retirement Community. This means that our resident base of nearly 300 are able to live in Independent Living Cottages or Apartments while enjoying Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing services on site for acute or long-term stays.

With a staff of 225, Piper Shores employees work together to help create the retirement of a lifetime for our residents. We are a welcoming and inclusive community and we value care, compassion, quality and connection in all elements of our work.

An Associate’s degree in Information Technology Management, Business Information systems or comparable disciplines, but we will provide training to the right candidate. Above all, the person in this role must possess outstanding customer service skills, have a strong technical aptitude and is able to practice patience with a community of various levels of IT acumen.
