Summary:
The primary responsibilities of this role is to execute duties delegated by the Inventory Manager.
Oversees team of inventory or warehouse employees. Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels. Evaluates deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures. Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.Detail oriented with superior organizational skills
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Able to lift 50 pounds without restriction
- 1+ years’ experience in inventory control
- Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Good customer service skills
- Knowledge of medical specimens and or medical supplies helpful but not required
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Following the inventory management strategy for LabQ
- To be thorough and pay attention to detail.
- The ability to work well with others.
- Maintaining and managing inventory of materials and stocked products, which include stock locations and profiles.
- Collecting and organizing the receipts of new items, returns and associated issues.
- Conducting weekly physical inventory counts.
- Ensuring inward products are received and stored in the proper conditions, so materials will be readily available when needed.
- Organizing and maintaining the inventory room.
- Making sure that any unreceived materials are followed up on until they are received.
- Coordinating orders with the Purchasing Manager to make sure items are ordered in time.
- Performing miscellaneous duties, which are work-related, as assigned.
- Directly reporting to the Inventory Manager.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
