We are currently seeking an Inspection Representative to join our Team in Pensacola, FL
The Inspection Representative acts as the Deal Progression Team’s first point of contact for the inspection stage. By helping facilitate and effectively communicate all of the critical activities and associated communications with inspections of solar panel installations.
Scope of work:
Manage Salesforce CRM prioritization for providing prompt support and answers for customers and sales team members.
Manage and prioritize the inspection stage dashboard.
Communicate effectively with the Jurisdictions in an efficient manner in order to schedule and retrieve passed or failed inspections.
Apply daily detailed notes on any updates related to Inspection stage projects.
Use effective time management in reviewing completed inspections, failed inspections, and projects needing inspections.
Communicate effectively with Jurisdictions and inspectors for any failed inspections. Relay failed reasons promptly to the Construction team using Salesforce CRM.
Understand different processes for scheduling inspections for each project’s Jurisdiction.
Develop key relationships with Jurisdictions in order to execute best practices for Meraki and construction policies and procedures.
Complete other duties as assigned.
This position does not oversee other positions.
What you need to be successful in this role:
- High School Diploma
- One year of customer service or processing experience
- Experience with permitting or inspection jurisdictions preferred
- Working knowledge of G-Suite, preferred
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work individually and with a team
- Must be pro-active and driven to meet and exceed goals
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
