Job Overview:
The In-House Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for a variety of roles within Brook Health. They will be tasked with sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent with a particular focus on director and higher roles. This individual will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings to offer letters
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications and fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
  • Collaborate with the Organizational Development team to onboard new employees

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as an in-house recruiter in the healthtech industry
  • Demonstrated experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring roles, including technical positions
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (BambooHR) and other recruitment tools
  • Knowledge of employment laws, licensing and regulations in multiple states
