Position Summary
Due to our growth, Bath Fitter is looking for exceptional sales consultants in the New Jersey (Bergen, Hudson, and Essex) markets. Our sales consultants visit customers in their homes to help them identify the best solution to fit their bathroom renovation needs. Bath Fitter is the leader in terms of design, craftsmanship, quality, value, and service. Using our proprietary tools, you will assist our customers with designing the bathroom of their dreams. There is absolutely NO COLD CALLING, you receive 100% of your leads. Our incredible marketing team generates hot leads through a multitude of marketing channels including traditional and non-traditional marketing tactics.

Responsibilities
Ability to travel to and from your home to Bath Fitter generated pre-qualified leads –
Adherence to company-based training
Present a compelling value proposition to our customers, discuss proposals, and close all opportunities
Attend regular trainings and sales meetings
Present Bath Fitter in a professional manner
Communicate daily with your sales manager
Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
