Sugar Baby’s Team Member Duties include:

• Taking orders and making accurate changes quickly!
• Providing customer service to our guests with enthusiasm
• Effectively rolling ice cream rolls in under 2 minutes
• Preparing milkshakes and ice cream treats
• Trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing tools, wiping counter-tops and sanitizing food areas
• Assisting new crew members in learning their new job skills.
• Checking stocks/inventory of products and ensuring proper stock/inventory level and rotation.

Restaurant Team Member Requirements:

• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to be flexible in all situations based on restaurant business need
• Effective communication skills
• Basic math and reading skills
• Willingness to abide by the appearance, uniform and hygiene standards
• General knowledge and understanding of the food service / restaurant industry or retail operations preferred.
