We currently have an opening for a FT HVAC Specialist/Kitchen Technician to work alongside our site's Maintenance Director to deliver specialized services. We offer a COMPETITIVE WAGE AND BENEFITS package DOE

Responsibilities:

• Partner with maintenance directors to offer comprehensive service solutions for commercial cooking, refrigeration, ware washing, and other specialty food service equipment
• Demonstrate your mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills and ability to read diagrams and schematics
• Ability to frequently kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, reach, and occasionally lift and carry up to 70 pounds
• Ability to work with moving mechanical parts, pressurized steam equipment, open flames, heated surfaces, liquids, and risk of electrical shock in damp, humid, or freezing conditions
• Ability to work on ladders, roofs, and in rare cases, high, precarious places
• Performs plumbing repairs including faucets, sinks, urinals, toilets, drains, and valves.
• Performs electrical repairs, such as replacing lamps, ballasts, switches, receptacles, cord caps, wiring of single and three phase motors, and installation of circuits.
• Knowledge of basic electricity and controls as required of an HVAC/Refrigeration technician

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant technical training, licenses, and/or certifications (i.e. EPA, CFESA)
• Commercial refrigeration and/or commercial cooking equipment repair experience, plumbing experience, HVAC experience
• Willingness/ability to travel amongst different facilities within the region
